Willing to live in a way that prioritizes the collective rather than the individual
Engaged in personal growth in an on-going basis, i.e. various forms of therapy, ritual, ceremony, jams, and other healing modalities
Willing to face conflicts directly with compassion, slowness and openness employing such methodologies as Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Dialogue For Peaceful Change (DPC), etc.
Committed to decolonization and allyship by way of language and culture reclamation, learning, and unlearning, etc.

Receive donation or lease of land and secure government and private sector funding, as well as bank loans and personal investments, to begin building based on permaculture models. We also aim to become financially self-reliant.

On 60-150 acres of partially cleared land in rural Cape Breton

Our group officially commenced in February 2020 and we aim to acquire land as soon as possible.
Carson | Why
To keep Gàidhlig language and culture alive communally. To be healthy, happy, whole individuals who regularly nurture our connection to each other, our ancestors and the land.
